JAYABARU FABRICATION

Jayabaru Fabrication refers to the manufacturing services or products provided by Jayabaru company, which include the design, production, and assembly of metal components or steel structures tailored to customer requirements. These products are commonly used across various industrial sectors such as construction, mining, shipping, and energy. Jayabaru Fabrication focuses on workmanship quality, technical precision, and material durability.

The following are Jayabaru’s products.

PRESSURE VESSEL

A pressure vessel is a closed container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure significantly different from the ambient pressure. These vessels are engineered to withstand extreme pressure conditions and are used in various industries for storage, processing, and transportation of fluids.

Features and Benefits

High-Pressure Resistance – Built to endure extreme internal and external pressures.
Robust Construction – Made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or composite materials for durability.
Customizable Design – Available in different sizes, shapes, and pressure ratings based on application needs.
Safety Compliance – Designed according to international standards such as ASME, PED, and API.
Efficient Performance – Optimized for energy efficiency, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

Applications

Oil & Gas Industry – Used for storing and transporting crude oil, natural gas, and chemicals.
Chemical & Petrochemical Plants – Essential for handling and processing volatile substances.
Power Plants – Utilized in steam boilers and heat exchangers.
Pharmaceuticals & Food Processing – Maintains controlled pressure for production processes.
Water Treatment & Desalination – Used in filtration and purification systems.

EXHAUST SILENCERS

Silencers are critical components used to reduce noise in exhaust systems, industrial machinery, and ventilation systems. These devices help in controlling sound pollution by dampening the noise generated by high-velocity gases or mechanical operations.

Features and Benefits

Effective Noise Reduction – Designed to absorb and dissipate sound waves, significantly lowering noise levels.
High-Temperature Resistance – Built with materials that withstand extreme heat and pressure.
Durable Construction – Made from corrosion-resistant metals like stainless steel or coated alloys for longevity.
Optimized Airflow – Engineered to maintain efficient gas or air flow while minimizing turbulence.
Customizable Designs – Available in various shapes and sizes to fit different applications.

Applications

Industrial Exhaust Systems – Used in power plants, factories, and heavy equipment to reduce operational noise.
Automotive Sector – Integrated into vehicle exhaust systems to suppress engine noise.
HVAC & Ventilation – Installed in air ducts to control airflow noise in buildings.
Marine & Aerospace – Utilized in ships and aircraft to minimize acoustic impact.

FABRICATED STRAINERS

Strainers are mechanical components used to filter out debris, dirt, and unwanted particles from liquids or gases in pipelines. They help prevent damage to pumps, valves, and other equipment by ensuring only clean fluid passes through the system.

Features and Benefits

Efficient Filtration – Removes solid contaminants from fluids, ensuring system integrity.
Durable Construction – Made from high-quality materials such as stainless steel or cast iron for longevity.
Easy Maintenance – Equipped with a removable mesh or perforated basket for quick cleaning.
Customizable Designs – Available in different configurations such as Y-type, T-type, and basket strainers.
High Flow Capacity – Designed to minimize pressure drop while maintaining maximum flow efficiency.

Applications

Oil & Gas Industry – Filters impurities from crude oil, gas, and refining processes.
Water Treatment – Used in filtration systems to remove sediment and solid particles.
Food & Beverage – Ensures purity in liquid processing by removing unwanted residues.
HVAC Systems – Prevents clogging in cooling and heating systems.
Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals – Protects sensitive equipment by filtering out contaminants.

DAMPER

Damper is a valve or plate that stops or regulates the flow of air inside a duct, chimney, VAV box, air handle, or other air handling equipment. Its operation can be manual or automatic. Manual dampers are turned by a handle on the outside of a duct. Automatic dampers are used to regulate airflow constantly and are operated by electric or pneumatic motors.

In a chimney flue, a damper closes off the flue to keep the weather out and warm or cool air in. This is usually done in the summer, but also sometimes in the winter between uses. In some cases, the damper may also be partly closed to help control the rate of combustion.

Dampers are available for a wide variety of aplications in round ductwork, where low-leakage isolation, flow control, or a combination of the two is desired. Varying degrees of isolation can be obtained from 90 to 99.9% depending on the seal arrangement.

PED shaft seals provide a low-cost, heavy-duty design that is suitable for applications uo to 700 C gas temperature. Dampers are equipped with a standard outboard bearing and a frame mounted shaft seal arrangement. This categorization allows for packing replacement without bearing removal.
